For Builders

You shipped it. Distribution takes longer than that.

List your product once. Spondea drafts the brief, certifies the people who represent you, meters the work they do, and pays them from a record you can audit line by line.

Certified distribution

People who sat a Viva on your product — a spoken-style examination on what it actually does — and verified their identity before being vouched for it. Not a lead list.

Serviced Accounts

Specialists set up, train and support the Clients your product wins. The work is metered, and a Split is paid from the record of the work, not from a quota.

Field Intelligence

A report every cycle, drawn from the logged conversations about your product: objections ranked, feature requests clustered, each item traceable to its source.

Onboarding feeUGX 555,000 · $150Once. Covers intake, the drafting of your Listing brief, and the authoring of the Viva.
OngoingYour Vouch Rate, nothing elseA percentage of a sale you actually received, set by you, paid to the person who made it.

What this costs, stated plainly

  • Exactly one fee exists on Spondea: your onboarding fee of UGX 555,000 · $150, paid once, for one Listing.
  • No Advocate, Specialist or Trainer ever pays anything — not to join, not to study a Listing, not to sit a Viva, not to hold a Badge, not to be paid.
  • Commission is flat and single-level. One person is paid for work they personally did on one Account. Nobody is paid a share of anybody else’s work, and no payment is larger because more people joined.
  • A Vouch Rate only pays out against an Account actually won. You are never charged on revenue you did not receive.
  • A Stream follows the servicing of that one Account. It stops when the servicing stops, and it stops for good at 24 months.
  • You set your Vouch Rate and may change it. A change applies to Accounts won afterwards; a Stream already running keeps the rate its Account was won under.
Worked example

Do the arithmetic yourself.

Put in your own price and move the Vouch Rate. Nothing is submitted and nothing is stored; the sum is the same one the Ledger runs.

If a field is left blank or is not a number, the figures hold at the last valid ones rather than showing you something that is not a sum.

Specimen

What the Field Intelligence report looks like.

A specimen. Ledgerpad is a made-up Listing and these conversations never happened — the structure is exactly what a real report carries.

A cycle in which no conversations were logged produces a report that says so, with nothing else in it. Nothing is padded to fill the page.

Paste a URL and read what it drafts.

The intake reads your site, drafts your Listing brief and writes the Viva. You review every word and set your Vouch Rate before anything is published, and the onboarding fee of UGX 555,000 · $150 is the last money you are asked for.
